We’re delighted to launch an exciting new initiative at Pennthorpe this year – the Pennthorpe Holiday Club – running for the very first time from Monday 14th to Friday 18th July 2025.
Open to all children in Years 1 to 8, the Holiday Club promises a week of fun-filled days, laughter, creativity, and adventure, all within the safe and familiar surroundings of the Pennthorpe grounds. Whether your child is sporty, artistic, inquisitive, or loves the outdoors, the programme will offer something for everyone.
From action-packed sports and games to arts and crafts, science experiments, forest school, and classic summer activities, the Holiday Club will be a fantastic way for children to kick off their summer in style. The week will be carefully planned and led by staff the children already know and trust, creating a warm, relaxed environment where they can enjoy themselves, try new things, and build friendships across year groups.
We know that the summer holidays can be a logistical challenge for many families. Our new Holiday Club aims to support parents by offering a flexible, high-quality, on-site option that combines the reassurance of Pennthorpe care with all the joy and energy of summer camp. If the initial week proves popular, we’ll be looking to extend the offering with additional dates in the future.
At this stage, we are inviting families to register their interest so we can shape the programme to best meet the needs of our school community. Whether you’re considering a couple of days or the full week, we’d love to hear from you. Your feedback will help us tailor everything from timings to activity choices.
