The children enjoyed a lovely walk through the woods, spotting bears that had been cleverly hidden among the trees. After completing a big loop of the woodland trail, everyone gathered on the field to enjoy bear-themed cupcakes and have a run around the big tree.
The children were especially excited to bring their teddy bears from home and share them with their friends at school. As a special highlight, Mr. Davis released the butterflies that the Beehive class had been helping to grow, setting them free into the field to mark the occasion.
