Our Simple Admissions Process
Visit
We begin with a conversation. A chance to listen and understand your child, and what matters most to you as a family. When the time feels right, we’ll invite you to visit — to see the school in action, meet our Head and experience the warmth and energy of Pennthorpe for yourselves. For many families, this is the moment things begin to feel clearer.
Experience
Your child will then spend some time with us. This is a gentle, welcoming introduction to life at Pennthorpe – an opportunity to make connections, build confidence and start to feel at home. Along the way, we will look at recent school reports or speak with your child’s current school, and include a light-touch assessment, simply to ensure we can support them fully, both pastorally and academically.
Join
If Pennthorpe feels right for your family, we will guide you through a straightforward registration process with clarity and care. We understand that decisions are not always made to a long timetable, so we communicate openly and promptly, while giving you the space you need.
Once a place is accepted, we take great care over your child’s transition, making sure they feel known, supported and ready from their very first day.
