Pennthorpe makes various uses of images of pupils during their time at school.

The categories for image use at Pennthorpe are:
- FULL - Images may be appear in printed and electronic materials used for prospective parents, the school community, social media and marketing.
- PARTIAL - Images may be on displays within school, which may be seen by visitors.
- MINIMAL - Images will be used for identification in the school's Management Information System, a necessity for the administration and safety of the pupils.

Please note however, that it may not be possible to change printed publications in the event that a consent status changes, such as the school prospectus, or third party publications (e.g. where an image has already been provided for publication).

Please be aware that giving MINIMAL consent means Pennthorpe will continue to process images of your child that are necessary for administration of the school, or where the school requires it and is lawfully entitled to do so.
