Maddie and Sophie win at Hickstead

Our children continue to make us just as proud out of school as they do in it. Pennthorpe’s Year 6 Maddie competed in the Sunshine Tour National Championships at Hickstead on Saturday, riding Elodie’s pony Clover. With Elodie unfortunately unable to compete, Sophie stepped up to be Maddie’s second rider in ‘Versatile Family Horse or Pony’. In a hotly contested class, the girls won and are now officially Sunshine Tour Champions! Huge congratulations, girls!
