There were ten other schools competing, carrying out challenges in biology, chemistry and physics including making a slush puppy, bridge building and testing objects in a wind tunnel. The children were then treated to a falconry display in the impressive Lancing Quad.

Pennthorpe came third overall in the recent Lancing Science Challenge afternoon with Jack being part of the winning Biology team and Rosie being part of the winning Chemistry team.
