Our Year 2 children enjoyed a guided tour through the Journeys by Air Museum where they saw how airplanes have evolved through the years including WWII planes. They also learnt about the 4 principles of flight; lift, thrust, drag and gravity.
After lunch, the children got to make their loopy gliders followed by a trip onto the British Airways Concorde!
It was then time to explore the London Bus museum to see how buses have changed through the years! Did you know city buses were always red but country buses used to be green?
It was the most incredible day!
