Mr Mac, Mrs Evans, Mr Price, Miss Gallina-Breese and Madame Parker accompanied the pupils across to France on a ferry from Dover to Dunkirk. On arrival the children had a lovely time playing on the beach at Dunkirk before heading to the Chateau d’Ebblinghem where they spent the next three nights.
