After returning from Easter, Years 3 and 4 learned vocabulary related to the food and drinks typically found in a French café and a Spanish cafeteria. Thanks to the excellent planning by Matilda, Orla, Maisie, and Elkarose, the menus were created and shopping lists prepared. The team was rounded out by Callum and Hattie, who skillfully managed customers and took orders.

With just a few props, themed coloring activities, and a taste of grenadine and churros, both year groups—and our attentive waiters—enjoyed a delightful visit to the cafés.

Mme Parker and Mme Ngueudam are incredibly proud of all the effort that went into planning and running these events. Bravo!
