They have re-enacted the story and painted pictures of the characters. The children have discussed the kindness of the giant and how they are kind at home and at school. They have even written thank you letters to the giant and have created Lost posters.
In P.S.E.D, they continued with the topic of kindness and looked at the story of The Little Red Hen. Following the story, they then made their very own bread. Most of the children thought that the bread was delicious and look forward to making again.
In Maths, they have been learning about measuring and making comparisons between things that are taller and shorter, and things that are wider and narrower. The children have been measuring different items using pasta.
The children have loved going on teams to see their friends who can’t be at school at the moment. They are missing their friends loads and look forward to having them back soon.
