During forest school they were sent on a scavenger hunt, they had to work as collaborative crabbies and work together to find all the items on their lists.

In Maths the children have been looking at part whole models and they had a special forest school maths lesson where they compared numbers of sticks, stones and leaves using the greater than, less than and equal to signs.

For Science the children received another letter from Supertato, he was off on his second mission to the Amazon rainforest. The children had to conduct an experiment to see which materials would keep him dry. They predicted the results and found out that the tin foil would keep him the driest on his trip.

The children were excellent at writing sentences that included exciting adjectives as they retold the story of Charlie the Fire Fighter in English and in Art they made beautiful camp fire paintings.

Tune in next week to see our spooktacular learning journey!
